The present General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the products offered on the website salsacalsots.com, of which FERRER TRADICIONAL SA (from now on, FERRER TRADICIONAL – ARTESANAL) is the owner.
The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Special Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions can be modified without previous notification, therefore, it is advisable to read carefully its content before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

4. AVAILABILITY AND REPLACEMENTS

FERRER TRADITIONAL – ARTESANAL aims to guarantee the availability of all products that are advertised through salsacalsots.com. However, in the case that any product requested is not available or if it has been sold out, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by electronic means.
If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed, FERRER TRADICIONAL – ARTESANAL may supply a product of similar characteristics without an increase in price, in which case the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising his right of withdrawal and termination of the contract.
In case of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the refund previously paid, will be made by the same method of payment.

FORMS AND TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. Transport:
Products will be received within 24 hours according to the following requirements:
- Deliveries will be made from Tuesday to Friday.
- Orders placed on Thursday from 13.00h will be received Tuesday of the next week.
- Special Saturday deliveries available: Orders must be placed before 13.00h on Friday.
8. PRICES, EXPENSES AND TAXES
The prices of the products that are gathered in salsacalsots.com will come expressed in Euros unless the opposite is expressed and they will be guaranteed during the time of validity of the same ones, except for error of impression and be which is the destination of the order.
